Im Back!

by @ 2:33 pm. Filed under Sounds, Thoughts, Experiences

Well! Im back, and my ears are still attatched to my head!
I was having my 9th operation on my ears, for a sensaion I was having that felt like I was breathing through my ears, and for fluid build up and a whole pile of stuff!! but they were worried about doing it because my eardrums are very very weak as I have had 8 ops on them already, but they did it, they put in what are known as T-Tubes, they are long thin straw like tubes with flaps at the back of them that the surgen attatches to my ear by making an insision in my eardrums then putting the tubes through it and the eardrum heals around the tubes keeping them in place!
They airate the middle ears and balance air between the estachian tubes and middle ears!
We wont know untill I go back for my review on the 18th of next month weather my ears have accepted the tubes or not, but ill have to wait and see!!
The operation wasnt for my hearing at all, thats gone too far, but ill tell you what, the second I woke up and the week after the op, I had supersonic hearing!! It was so strange to hear to the point of hurting, a thing I havnt witnessed since I was a baby! but now im either getting used to the new hearing level or my hearing is going back to normal, which I think it is, as iv said a few more ‘Whats?’ this week than I did last week!! LOL!! The only thing bothering me is, There is no pain anymore, which is good! but it feels like there is water in my right ear and its so anoying to walk around and feel it slushing aroung in my ear, perhaps its fluid building up again, I dont know, I just hope it goes away!

On a lighter note, I got my college results, Passed everything very well, and im very happy to go into 3rd year some time around september and please god all going well, Keith and I will have a house by then, were still looking, so Hopefully there will be good news in the coming months!

Also, Im hoping to start a little thing, over the summer, My blog will be changing a little, a new look, with a gallery and it will be a little more photography buisness orientated, I also have a new Email address : lette@kimododreams.com
I will have buisness cards sent over to me soon, and Im planning to do a little local artistic photography thingy, but its only a baby idea yet, so ill say no more, and do it in stages and see how it goes )
Talk soon… )
Lette.

good news today, I woke up and found the slushy wattery sound/feeling has gone :) heres hoping it stays away, and the breathing thru my ears is practically gone!! I have the sensation every now and then, but as ther are now tubes in my ears, the eardrum doesnt flap anymore and the breathing thru my ears feeling isnt half as bad as it was because of that!! but im having the sensation very very infrequent so to be honest, its only been 2 weeks, but there is a vast improvment, the sensation used to be an everyday occurance and now its hardely happening :)
My supersonic hearing is going, but I dont mind that, I had gotten used to the hearing level I had, it was that blasted sensation I hated, and im glad to see it gone :) well to a great degree anyhow :)
